Carolyn Shapiro is an old-time banjo player and songwriter from the Southern Adirondacks whose music feeds the soul like a home-cooked meal. Blending a deep-rooted traditional style with a modern perspective, she pushes the boundaries of the banjo with songs that explore the complexities of being human. On stage, her hypnotic picking and commanding voice are grounded by a warmth and vulnerability that makes every show feel intimate.

Ray Lewis is a multi-instrumentalist, singer-songwriter and sugarmaker from Walden, Vermont. He learned folk singing and a love of traditional music from his parents and has played guitar across many genres for over forty years.
