Writer's Circle

The Writers Circle is a collaboration with novelist Brett Stanciu to develop an ongoing and consistent writing group for adults of all abilities and levels of experience. 

The group will meet the second and fourth Thursdays of each month, from 5-6:30 in the intimate third floor studio at the Civic.  Short readings and writing exercises will be offered in support of honing and developing our craft as writers – both individually and as a group.

This program requires serious commitment to honest inquiry and showing up— and promises joyful work and discovery. Donations appreciated but not required. Please reach out with any questions to thecivicstandard@gmail.com
